B. Once you have selected your dates, we ask for a deposit to be made within 48 hours to secure your event.

A. We do ask for a deposit for every event, no matter the size. The Chef’s calendar fills up quickly and dates are available on a first come-first serve basis. Your deposit reserves your chosen dates for your experience.

A. Unlike the pricing model most are familiar with, Trulore731 does not base it’s pricing on a per person basis. We take into consideration your entire event, the ingredients, location, number of courses, and number of guests. A Trulore731 Experience is so much more than just a meal. Our pricing reflects the differences that make us unique.

A. Several factors impact the cost of an experience including day of the week, number of guests, chosen menu options, availability of luxury ingredients, number of staff needed, location and travel costs (if event is more than 35m miles from Rocklin CA) We will quote your pricing once these details are known.

A. Trulore731 will provide all cooking vessels, serving dishes, etc. EXCEPT for Stemware and Silverware.

A. Trulore731 is not a catering company. Our luxury, in-home dining experiences are designed for groups of 20 or less to allow the Chef to personally choreograph your meal and expertly and artfully each individual plate to the highest standards imaginable.

A. At this time, we do not offer any Vegan or Gluten free selections. We do have some Vegetarian dish alternatives available.

A. The Chef and his staff usually arrive around 2 hours prior to service of the first course to set up and begin food preparations.

B. Depending upon the number of courses you have selected, your dining experience could range from 2-3 hours.

C. The Trulore team will also clean up afterwards for an overall duration of 4 ½ to 5 ½ hours total event time.

A. Most kitchens are adequate to facilitate an experience.

B. If you or the Chef have any concerns, we may request photos and/or a video walk through to see your space and available equipment.

A. At this time, Trulore731 does not have a liquor license that would allow us to provide alcoholic beverages. However, because these events are held in a private home, the Host is welcome to serve whatever beverages they would like. The Chef would be happy to make recommendations for wine pairings for each course, etc. But neither the Chef, nor his staff may open or serve alcohol during your experience.

A. Absolutely! The Chef is happy to travel to your location for an event. Travel costs will be calculated and factored into the overall pricing.
